【Precautions】
1. Suggest using a regular cooking knife or cooking utensils, using a sharp multi-purpose kitchen knife may leave a cutting mark behind.
2. When putting in the dishwasher, avoid using at a temperature over 80°C during the wash or sanitize.
3. Used cutting board may easily be sanitized by gently rinse with hot water after the washing. (Suggest sanitizing within10 seconds)
