【How to install the Vita Pure filter to Vita Puresome Showerhead】
1. Loosen and open the fixed part of the head of Vita Puresome Showerhead
2. Insert in the Vita Pure Filter 
3. Close the fixed part of the head and you are done!

【How long needs to be replaced】
Vitamin gel within Vita Pure Filter will dissolve as you shower (water-soluble), as per regular circumstances, can use around 15-20 days.
