Tongue Cleaner – How to Use

After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.

Lightly moisten the tongue cleaner with water and gently scrape the white coating on your tongue from inside to outside using the soft brush.

Use the scraper part of the tongue cleaner to sweep away the scraped plaque.

After use, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or mouthwash.

Wash the tongue cleaner thoroughly with running water and let it dry.
Caution:

If it's your first time using a tongue cleaner, we recommend cleaning only the front half of your tongue. Replace it every three months.

Avoid boiling the product in a sterilizer above 80°C, as high temperatures may deform the product.
